Understanding the needs of the members and their desires for a new 15,000 sq ft clubhouse was a key to the approach of the landscape architectural design. Each yacht club is unique in its own, but Key Biscayne is an established fixture that was founded in 1955. The key element here how to provide new landscape design to meet the city codes and not obstruct the view to the Marina and the Bay. We assisted in entry design and provided complete landscape architectural services.
